Epic Universe Wins Record Four Thea Awards

Epic Universe received an unprecedented four Thea Awards from the Themed Entertainment Association, breaking the record of three held by Universal's Diagon Alley. The awards were: Outstanding Achievement in Theme Park, Outstanding Achievement in Ride Experiences for Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry, Outstanding Achievement in Attraction for Monsters Unchained, and Outstanding Achievement in Theme Park Land for Isle of Berk.

Additionally, Universal VP and Executive Art Director Dale Mason received the Buzz Price Thea Award for Lifetime Achievement, recognizing his decades of contributions to themed entertainment design.

The sweep validates Epic Universe's position as the most acclaimed new theme park in a generation, despite ongoing ride reliability challenges that continue to temper the guest experience.
