The system debuted in 1999 and ran across Disney parks for 27 years. The final conversion was at Goofy's Sky School at Disney California Adventure last week, per Jonathan Reuel, OpSheet Ecosystems Product Director at Walt Disney World, who announced the retirement on LinkedIn on June 21, 2026. Wait times are now estimated via a mix of MagicBand RFID and other in-park sensors, per Laughing Place.
