Lime Garage Extended Refurbishment Creates Parking Headaches at Disney Springs

The Lime Garage at Disney Springs closed for refurbishment on January 12, then reopened briefly February 12-16 for Presidents Day weekend crowds before closing again from February 17 through March 13.

The extended closure created parking headaches for guests visiting Disney Springs during peak periods, as the remaining garages filled to capacity earlier in the day. Disney directed overflow parking to surface lots further from the main entrance.

The refurbishment is part of Disney Springs' ongoing infrastructure improvements, though the intermittent schedule frustrated guests who weren't aware of the closure before arriving.
