SeaWorld Announces SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep Dark Ride

SeaWorld Orlando revealed details about SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep, a major new family-focused dark ride opening in 2026. Built by Dutch manufacturer Vekoma, it will be the world's first suspended dark ride of its kind.

The attraction features vibrant yellow submersible-style vehicles with 360-degree rotation and swinging motion. Riders follow the fictional SEA Collective Adventure Team through glowing underwater worlds, sunken shipwrecks, and encounters with mythical sea creatures, culminating in a spectacular finale launch.

The ride represents SeaWorld Orlando's largest single-attraction investment in years, as the park competes for visitors in an increasingly crowded Central Florida market.
