Six Ravens by Gideon's Bakehouse Creator Announced for Disney Springs

Steve Lewis, the founder of the wildly popular Gideon's Bakehouse, announced Six Ravens, a new grab-and-go restaurant taking over the former Art of Shaving location in Disney Springs' Landing area.

The eatery will specialize in "Coffyns" -- fluffy yeast-based hand pies with sweet and savory fillings created by the Gideon's kitchen team and Orlando culinary chefs. The gothic-inspired branding is consistent with the dark aesthetic that made Gideon's Bakehouse a phenomenon.

Opening is expected later in 2026. Given the multi-hour lines that Gideon's Bakehouse regularly generates, Six Ravens is expected to be an immediate hit at Disney Springs.
