United Parks Reports Attendance Drop and Revenue Decline

United Parks & Resorts, SeaWorld Orlando's parent company, reported that total 2025 attendance dropped 1.8% to approximately 21.2 million visitors across its 13 parks. Total revenue fell 3.6% to $1.7 billion, and net income dropped 26% to $168.4 million.

CEO Marc Swanson cited uneven consumer conditions, reduced international tourism, and volatile weather as contributing factors. The one bright spot was in-park per-capita spending increasing 1%, with a record 2.1% rise in Q4.

The results underscore the competitive pressure facing mid-tier Orlando parks as Disney and Universal continue to dominate the market with massive capital investments.
