Legoland Florida Has Now Spelled Out Its Premium Pass Room Upgrade, and the Rules Say You Cannot Request It, Reserve It or Confirm It in Advance

Legoland Florida added a six-question FAQ to its Passholder Hotel Savings page on Wednesday, covering the Premium Annual Pass room upgrade. The answers: not guaranteed, first come first served, decided at the front desk, and impossible to lock in before you arrive. The same page still names a pass tier Legoland stopped selling on August 31.

Three September dates have appeared on Legoland Florida’s Guest Experience Promise list: Friday the 4th, Saturday the 5th and Monday the 7th. The 5th was Brick or Treat’s opening night and the 7th was Labor Day. Sunday the 6th, also a Brick or Treat night, is not on it yet. Anyone who was in the park on a listed day on a regular ticket can bring that ticket back to Guest Services for another visit within a year.

Universal Sets Rock the Universe 2027 for January 22 and 23 and Names All 18 Artists, Led by Elevation Worship and Josiah Queen

Universal announced the dates and the full lineup on the same day. Rock the Universe returns to Universal Studios Florida on Friday, January 22 and Saturday, January 23, 2027, with nine artists a night and eighteen across the weekend. Elevation Worship leads the Friday lineup, Josiah Queen leads Saturday, and tickets go on sale Tuesday, September 15.

The offer runs September 8 to 13 at kiosks and through the Pass Member portal. The blog copy says any eligible night before September 26. The fine print then says the ticket is valid during the offer period only, a window holding two event nights, and closes by saying you must visit by September 26, which is six. SeaWorld's retail Any Night Ticket costs $64.99 and carries no date at all.

Spider Lady's Castle is the house on Legoland Florida's new Brick or Treat Street built around reaching into openings in the castle door, and the park says the house is built around three tactile effects: an air blast, a tickler and a furry surprise. The castle's page also puts a walk time on the whole street: 7 to 10 minutes for all six houses.

Ask SeaWorld's Howl-O-Scream page when the event runs and the FAQ says September 5 to November 1, 2025. The body copy further up the same page says September 11 through October 31, and the park's own calendar graphics mark 26 nights starting Friday. The same FAQ also contradicts the ticket copy on the gate time, describes the event entrance differently, and disagrees with the event's own attractions page about which rides run.

Two applications landed at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on August 31: THE SHIRE and its Spanish counterpart LA COMARCA, each covering exactly one service, providing theme park services. The 2015 and 2019 THE SHIRE applications both cleared examination and were then abandoned without a park. Neither new filing names Universal, Orlando or Florida.

WDW News Today says the Irish dancer and flamenco dancer dolls have been missing for an extended period. On a visit reported Saturday, September 5, its team also found the white facade peeling away at the waterline, burnt out bulbs on an arch, and a wrinkled scrim still attached in the queue. It is the outlet's second condition report on the ride in under a month.

Universal Has a New Demolition Permit for Islands of Adventure, Processed September 4, and the Square Footage Field Reads 18,000

Permit DEM2026-10185 was processed by the City of Orlando on the same Friday that construction walls were reported to have reached the already closed Treasures of Poseidon gift shop. It is the first new demolition permit at Islands of Adventure in almost a year, it names no building, and it lists PCL, the same contractor as the still open 2025 Lost Continent permit.
