WDW News Today reported Sunday evening that Randy Morris, the original ragtime pianist at what is now Casey's Corner on Main Street, U.S.A., died on October 25, 2026. He played for Magic Kingdom's opening-day crowds in 1971 and came back 50 years later to play the same song, "Maple Leaf Rag," at the same spot.
Disney's annual October price increase landed Tuesday: all four Annual Pass tiers, the priciest one-day tickets for late 2027, and quick-service menus. The Incredi-Pass is up $300 in two years.
Disney's 2026 foodie guide lists 58 food and drink items across 19 Magic Kingdom locations for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, 17 of them new, including three Haunted Mansion themed items at Sleepy Hollow. Disney did not attach a price to any of them, and the party allergen guide is still listed as coming soon.
Average posted wait times across Walt Disney World fell to 27 minutes in June and 26 minutes in July, down roughly 13 percent from last year. July already matches the 26 minute Septembers of 2024 and 2025, the stretch that normally marks the quietest time of the year.
