Disney Resort hotel guests can book Very Merry party dining from September 3, up to 60 days ahead of arrival and covering stays of up to 10 nights. Everyone else waits until September 9. Four Magic Kingdom restaurants are taking party night reservations, including the Adventureland tavern that opened in 2025, and Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party returns in two tiers that differ on price and on where you actually watch the show.
Disney's 2026 foodie guide lists 58 food and drink items across 19 Magic Kingdom locations for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, 17 of them new, including three Haunted Mansion themed items at Sleepy Hollow. Disney did not attach a price to any of them, and the party allergen guide is still listed as coming soon.
Before character dining was a Walt Disney World staple, the Empress Lilly riverboat offered something magical — a sit-down breakfast with Mickey, Minnie, and friends aboard a paddle steamer on Village Lake. For an entire generation of 1980s kids, it was their very first Disney character meal.
