Disney Springs picks up a major new tenant today: Level99, the Massachusetts-based "Players Club" of timed challenge rooms, opens its fourth and biggest location on the West Side, in the old NBA Experience / DisneyQuest space. Monday, June 29, 2026 is opening day, and the first 500 Players through the door get a commemorative pin.

  • Where: Disney Springs West Side, next to Drawn to Life by Cirque du Soleil, across from House of Blues. Replaces the former NBA Experience / DisneyQuest space.
  • Size: 46,800 square feet across two floors.

How it actually works

The Level99 model is closer to escape rooms than to an arcade. Players get a Veloband wristband at check-in, then move through a venue of standalone challenge rooms each themed around a physical or mental task (laser mazes, axe games, ninja swings, balance puzzles, banquet-table riddles, and so on). Each room scores the attempt to the band, so a group can rotate through whichever rooms they want and compare scores at the end. Featured games at the Disney Springs venue per Disney: Axe Run, Ninja Swing, and Mansion Banquet.

This is the fourth Level99 location since the company launched in 2021, and at 46,800 square feet it is the biggest. Games are designed and built at Level99's production facility in Massachusetts.

Tickets and pricing

  • 1.5-hour ticket: starting at $29.99 per player.
  • 2.5-hour ticket: starting at $39.99 per player.
  • Premium Pass upgrade: +$19.99 per person.

Ticket sales opened on Level99.com on June 22.

  • Monday to Thursday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

  • If you want the opening-day pin, get to Disney Springs early on June 29. First 500 Players through the door.
  • The venue is on the Disney Springs West Side, the same end as House of Blues and Cirque du Soleil's Drawn to Life. Easiest parking is the Lime Garage.
  • The Veloband transfers across Level99 venues, so if you've played at the Natick, Providence, or Tysons locations, your profile carries over.
  • You do not need a Disney park ticket to visit Disney Springs or Level99. Parking is free.

Booking opens in three waves, starting October 6 for Disney Vacation Club members.
