Disney's 2026 holiday foodie guide lists 11 items at Santa's Holiday Grove, 10 of them new, from November 13 through January 3. Five other Animal Kingdom dining spots start a week earlier on November 6, Hollywood Studios starts November 7 and most of Magic Kingdom starts November 8. No prices are listed yet.
Disney's annual October price increase landed Tuesday: all four Annual Pass tiers, the priciest one-day tickets for late 2027, and quick-service menus. The Incredi-Pass is up $300 in two years.
Work has resumed behind the planter wall beside the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. Blog Mickey found a poured concrete pad with a steel plate and anchor bolts, a rebar-lined trench and a lighting rig for overnight work. Disney still has not said what Project Fedora is.
Disney's new Halloween foodie guide lists 36 items across Walt Disney World, 13 of them new, and sets a window of now until October 31. All seven listings in the Animal Kingdom section are tagged Available starting Oct. 1, which holds back eight items and five of the guide's 13 new dishes. EPCOT gets no section of its own, and the guide lists no prices.
Echo Lake, the lagoon near the front of Disney's Hollywood Studios, has been pumped down to a stained concrete basin with a hose lying across it. Disney has not said how long the work will take or what it involves. Dinosaur Gertie's Ice Cream of Extinction, up on her planted mound at the lake's edge, is still open and serving.
Crews pulled a large tree from a fenced work site near Backlot Express this week. Permits filed since spring put the project, known as Project Fedora, mostly in the hands of Disney's facilities team, but Disney has not said a word about what is coming.
