Universal Orlando announced Cybergoria, an original Halloween Horror Nights 35 haunted house with a cryo-future premise: a corporation called Bio Immortal Bionic Intelligent Systems once sold cryo-freezing as immortality, and thousands of years later the machines that took over are still pursuing the goal, even if it kills you. Announced Thursday, June 25, 2026, the house is the sixth of a reported ten HHN 35 houses to be revealed. Senior Show Director Matthew Flood (Universal Orlando Resort) leads the project. HHN 35 runs select nights August 28 through November 1, 2026.

Hollywood Drift Bunny Hop Track Installation Begins Beneath the 170-Foot Vertical Spike at Universal Studios Florida

WDW News Today reports that supports for the "bunny hop" coaster element have been installed at Fast and Furious: Hollywood Drift, and crews have started laying track on the bunny hop itself. The bunny hop is the series of small hills riders take just before the 170-foot vertical spike that we covered rising on June 1. Electromagnetic launch fins are expected underneath. The project remains on track for a 2027 opening.

Mega Movie Parade Debuts at Universal Studios Florida with Back to the Future Promoted to Lead Float

Universal Mega Movie Parade officially debuted at Universal Studios Florida Friday June 5 after a two-week delay. The biggest editorial change from the 2024 run: Back to the Future got promoted. Doc Brown and Marty McFly with the BTTF DeLorean float now kick off the parade, with the Skaters leading them in. The full 13-float roster is intact from day one, including E.T., Jaws, Ghostbusters, Jurassic World, Minions, Sing, Trolls, and Kung Fu Panda. Running daily through the summer.

Hollywood Drift's 170-Foot Spike Begins Rising Over Universal Studios Florida

Aerial photos this past weekend show the first major vertical construction at Universal Studios Florida's Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift site. The 170-foot spike, roughly the equivalent of a 17-story building, is the signature vertical element of the upcoming 360-degree drifting coaster. Inside Universal published the May 29 aerial set; WDWNT followed with additional photos showing the rapidly rising structure. The coaster is targeting a 2027 debut.
