Disney WorldDisney Vacation Club resort under construction on Bay Lake at the former River Country site beside Fort Wilderness, with 967 rooms and villas planned. Disney's stated window is summer 2027; no exact opening date has been announced. First announced in 2018 as Reflections, a Disney Lakeside Lodge, then shelved and re-announced under the new name on November 26, 2024. The tower structure topped out per mid 2026 reports.

Ongoing RefurbishmentDisney's Coronado Springs Resort
Disney WorldDisney's Coronado Springs Resort is in a phased refurbishment of its Convention Center, covering the Coronado Ballroom, the Fiesta Ballroom and the Veracruz Exhibition Hall, along with the El Centro corridor and the areas around it. The resort stays open and most of the work runs overnight, but guests may see and hear construction near El Centro, where check-in and much of the resort's dining sit. Disney has given the finish only as late September 2027, with no specific date.
